When I began my B&B back in 1986 I was hesitant. I had never taken on anything of that size and magnitude when I attempted my first renovation. But I had such terrific support from my family, friends, and the local officials that I decided to take the leap.
I’m very glad I did. I was really one of those people that learned along the way. In time, I increased my holdings to purchase many buildings downtown which I renovated and then flipped. I am proud to say that today I can still count the ones that were mine.
